How can you help us send care packages to American troops in the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, and Coast Guard?

1) Donate Financially - Our greatest need is cash for our mailing costs. With no paid staff and donated warehouse space, we strive to maximize the use of donations. We are a 501(c)(3) charity, so your gifts are tax deductible. We accept checks to Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas, P.O. Box 116691, Carrollton, TX 75011. You can donate via our mobile website - m.airborneangelcadets.com, or via credit card through our Click and Pledge account.

2) Donate Goods - Many individuals, companies and organizations donate goods to our nonprofit for our U.S. soldiers, airmen, Marines and sailors. We kindly request that you contact us at support@airborneangelcadets.com before sending any goods.

August 2011 care package packing party

Below are photos from our August 28 care package packing party for American soldiers serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. Hawaiian Luau was our theme. The boxes were taken to the post office today and mailed off  for a bit under $3,000. Thanks to all the Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas volunteers and supporters who enable us to make these shipments to the troops possible. Care package responses from soldiers overseas

Nancy,
You are awesome, I picked up the sheets/blanket box today and one of the other brown boxes. The mattress pads are on and make it a lot more comfy.  I will let you know when the other box arrives ... again thank you very much for the coffee and hazelnut creamer, the guys are ecstatic.

Those little Coffee cups are always welcome and a great start in the AM.

Jones and Associates helps support soldiers

A Captain America movie charity event was sponsored on July 23 by Charles Jones of Jones and Associates, an Ameriprise Platinum Financial Practice. Ameriprise clients and family were invited to watch the movie and bring donations for the troops. Product and monetary donations were generously made to help us ship more care packages to our soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Below are four photos just received from our soldiers in Afghanistan. Two photos show our care packages, one is a reminder of the sacrifices made by our troops, and one is a thank you card to the Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas and all those who helped make the care packages possible.
