How can you help our nonprofit send care packages to some of the most remote of the roughly 150,000 U.S. military troops serving overseas in 2024?

1) Donate Financially - Our greatest need is cash for our mailing costs. With no paid staff, we strive to maximize the use of donations. We are a 501(c)(3) charity, so your gifts are tax deductible. We accept checks to Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas, P.O. Box 116691, Carrollton, TX 75011. You can donate via credit card through our Click and Pledge account. Or you can Venmo us at NancyCarter@AirborneAngels.

2) Donate Goods - Our all-volunteer charity is based in the Dallas area, but receives product donations from across the USA for care packages for our Soldiers and Troops overseas. We kindly request that you contact us at support@airborneangelcadets.com before sending any care package goods.

April 2013 messages from troops receiving our care packages

Airborne Angels, I couldn't thank you guys enough for the support. In a deployment environment mail is an appreciated morale booster ... I distributed them to young soldiers who don't not get much mail and whatever was left over we dropped off at the chaplain's office to share with different sections within the Brigade. On behalf of the maintenance support and recovery team thanks to you and all the contributors. SGT SV

I would like to thank you for the boxes of goodies that were sent to us. It is such a morale booster when they arrived unexpectedly. Everyone was happy and cheerful after we opened the boxes. It was so much stuff that we called other departments to come and take some of the goodies. It is amazing to see how everyone was in high spirit!! Thank you, RL

Dear Airborne Angel Cadets,
I received the package from your group and really appreciate it. It's nice to know people back in the United States are thinking about us. I opened up the box to let my Soldiers go through it, and it was gone quickly. Everyone likes Girl Scout cookies, because they remind us of home, but the baseball was a big hit, too. I'm in a unit called the Special Operations Detachment - Joint. It's basically a place for Special Forces senior leaders to move up and work at a higher level with Joint commands. We're over in Afghanistan ensuring the Afghan National Army (ANA) Commandos (CDO) and Special Forces (SF) are properly trained, mentored, and equipped to continue providing security for Afghanistan after we leave.

Airborne Angel Cadets: Thank you for all the Girl Scout cookies, the Soldiers love them! Thank You for your continued Support, the Soldiers are very grateful. We have reached the half way point in our deployment ...

Our team remains resilient and continue to amaze on a daily basis. Babies born over Skype, a faded family picture in the windshield on patrol, hand written letters from our young ones, and care packages filled with great stuff, constantly remind me of the uniqueness of our profession and the accompanying hardship that only those who are part of it can truly understand.May God bless Chosen Battery, its friends and supporters, and the United States of America.   CE
