How can you help our nonprofit send care packages to some of the most remote of the roughly 150,000 U.S. military troops serving overseas in 2024?

1) Donate Financially - Our greatest need is cash for our mailing costs. With no paid staff, we strive to maximize the use of donations. We are a 501(c)(3) charity, so your gifts are tax deductible. We accept checks to Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas, P.O. Box 116691, Carrollton, TX 75011. You can donate via credit card through our Click and Pledge account. Or you can Venmo us at NancyCarter@AirborneAngels.

2) Donate Goods - Our all-volunteer charity is based in the Dallas area, but receives product donations from across the USA for care packages for our Soldiers and Troops overseas. We kindly request that you contact us at support@airborneangelcadets.com before sending any care package goods.

I do hope this email makes it to the great people who put together such an Outstanding care box,  A Special "BRAVO ZULU" which is Military Terms for "WELL DONE" To the local girl scouts there in Metroplex Dallas-Ft.Worth areas.   I will also attaché a picture of the US Navy training team here in Iraq on this email so you can see the Military members who appreciate your wonderful support.  THANK YOU! I am a SSG of an Engineer Unit from Mississippi. Our job is Demining or you can say we are the Area Clearance Platoon. We use different types of equipment to remove ordnance, munitions and mortars from the mine fields. Equipment such as Dozers, Dump trucks, Graders, Loaders and Excavators. Basically we clear mine fields. Our country is demanding a drawdown of troops here in Afghanistan, and all the area we clear will be used for storage and shipment of equipment that is going back to the states.
I like my job. Defending and protecting my country is what love to do. I appreciate and thank you for your support. Please continue doing so.   SSG PL

Dear Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas,
My platoon and I would like to express our thanks in receiving your care package today.  I was able to Disperse its contents amongst the several members of my team spread supporting Various locations around Afghanistan.  I thank the many people that put forth the effort In preparing and providing items for the package.  We Soldiers out here come from Many diverse backgrounds, genders and locations in the United States and it is always a comfort Knowing that there are still many people that back us from home.  Its been said you don't have To support the mission but you should support the Soldiers.  We appreciate your time and efforts and thanks for your support.
