How can you help our nonprofit send care packages to some of the most remote of the roughly 150,000 U.S. military troops serving overseas in 2024?

1) Donate Financially - Our greatest need is cash for our mailing costs. With no paid staff, we strive to maximize the use of donations. We are a 501(c)(3) charity, so your gifts are tax deductible. We accept checks to Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas, P.O. Box 116691, Carrollton, TX 75011. You can donate via credit card through our Click and Pledge account. Or you can Venmo us at NancyCarter@AirborneAngels.

2) Donate Goods - Our all-volunteer charity is based in the Dallas area, but receives product donations from across the USA for care packages for our Soldiers and Troops overseas. We kindly request that you contact us at support@airborneangelcadets.com before sending any care package goods.

Product and financial donations update

We continue to send care packages to our 60,000+ U.S. soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines in Afghanistan.  As we approach the halfway point of the year, we are grateful to have received about $13,000 of our 2013 fundraising goal of $100,000. At our last May packing party, we shipped about 300 cartons at a shipping cost of about $5,000. Our June packing party will ship a similar amount of care packages to troops overseas.

We are based in the Dallas, Texas area, but welcome product or financial donations from companies or organizations across the USA. We support troops from all 50 States.

Some of the types or product donations that the troops like include razors, shave cream, energy - protein bars, coffee, nuts, seeds, drink mixes, shelf-stable microwavable meals, deodorant, foiled tuna, lip balm, foot powder, toiletries, canned meats, beef jerky. As troops are having to rely more on MREs, foods that can replace MREs are some of the most requested items.
