How can you help our nonprofit send care packages to some of the most remote of the roughly 150,000 U.S. military troops serving overseas in 2024?

1) Donate Financially - Our greatest need is cash for our mailing costs. With no paid staff, we strive to maximize the use of donations. We are a 501(c)(3) charity, so your gifts are tax deductible. We accept checks to Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas, P.O. Box 116691, Carrollton, TX 75011. You can donate via credit card through our Click and Pledge account. Or you can Venmo us at NancyCarter@AirborneAngels.

2) Donate Goods - Our all-volunteer charity is based in the Dallas area, but receives product donations from across the USA for care packages for our Soldiers and Troops overseas. We kindly request that you contact us at support@airborneangelcadets.com before sending any care package goods.

Cash Donations - A critical need for our care package mission

As a third of 2014 has almost passed, we are extremely grateful to have received about $10,000 in cash donations, but are well short of our goal of $100,000 for 2014.  While we are an all-volunteer nonprofit, we have already spent about $19,000 in postage costs for 2014.

So we could certainly use the financial support of any individuals, companies or organizations who can help us continue to send care packages to our U.S. troops overseas (our donation page).  While we have received great product donations in 2014 (thanks Walmart, Kimberly Clark, Kroger, Girl Scouts and so many others), it's necessary for us to continue to find cash donors to help with our postage costs.

With the help of our supporters, the Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas volunteers are proud to have shipped about 850 boxes of care packages to our U.S. military personnel serving overseas in 2014. Most of our care packages have gone to the estimated 32,000 Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines and Coast Guard still serving in Afghanistan. We also ship care packages to American troops in the Mideast, Africa and around the world.
