How can you help our nonprofit send care packages to some of the most remote of the roughly 150,000 U.S. military troops serving overseas in 2024?

1) Donate Financially - Our greatest need is cash for our mailing costs. With no paid staff, we strive to maximize the use of donations. We are a 501(c)(3) charity, so your gifts are tax deductible. We accept checks to Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas, P.O. Box 116691, Carrollton, TX 75011. You can donate via credit card through our Click and Pledge account. Or you can Venmo us at NancyCarter@AirborneAngels.

2) Donate Goods - Our all-volunteer charity is based in the Dallas area, but receives product donations from across the USA for care packages for our Soldiers and Troops overseas. We kindly request that you contact us at support@airborneangelcadets.com before sending any care package goods.

More April 2014 responses from troops in Afghanistan

Below are some great responses from our U.S. troops. We send care packages to military personnel from the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Coast Guard who are serving in Afghanistan and other overseas posts. We support troops from all 50 States and welcome any individuals, companies or organizations who can help us continue to send care packages.
We received the packages today. I just wanted to say "thanks for all the cool stuff". Everyone here was excited about all the items we received. We had a lot of Marines that received your items. I provided 2 pictures (see below photo) of a small group of Marines that enjoyed your care packages. Once again, all Marines send their thanks and greetings from Afghanistan.

Just wanted to let you know that we got five boxes yesterday! Talk about some happy campers here. I don’t think they even care what is in the packages. They just like getting mail!  The contents were very well thought out! We are very appreciative ... You and your group are amazing and wonderfully thoughtful.

On behalf of the Marines and Sailors of CLB-7 I would like to extend our biggest thank you to all the Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas and volunteers. The support that you send reminds us all that there are many dedicated supporters back at home that take time to put together such loving care packages.

... Knowing that there are organizations like yours that care about the Marines and Sailors forward reminds them that they have a greater purpose and keeps them focused on the mission and working to return everyone home safely.
God Bless and Semper Fi,

I want to personally thank you for the boxes of goodies that your organization sends me! they are fantastic, and i thoroughly enjoy sharing them with all the soldiers in my battalion. Everything that you and your fellow supporters are doing for service members all over the world is truly inspiring and heart felt. Getting your packages definitely brings my morale up and i know it keeps everyone else's up as well.
