How can you help our nonprofit send care packages to some of the most remote of the roughly 225,000 U.S. military troops serving overseas in 2017?

1) Donate Financially - Our greatest need is cash for our mailing costs. With no paid staff, we strive to maximize the use of donations. We are a 501(c)(3) charity, so your gifts are tax deductible. We accept checks to Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas, P.O. Box 116691, Carrollton, TX 75011. You can donate via credit card through our Click and Pledge account.

2) Donate Goods - Our all-volunteer charity is based in the Dallas area, but receives product donations from across the USA for care packages for our Soldiers and Troops overseas. We kindly request that you contact us at support@airborneangelcadets.com before sending any care package goods.

More responses to our March 2015 Soldiers Care Packages

Two more great messages came in from our care package recipients in Afghanistan. These soldiers care packages were mailed out by the Dallas, TX volunteers of the Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas in March, 2015.   We still have about 10,000 American men and women serving in the U.S. military in Afghanistan. We also send care packages to U.S. troops deployed in the Mideast, Africa and other areas.  We thank everyone who helped support our military troops with financial and product donations, or with volunteer efforts.  And we would heartily welcome others who can help us support the troops!

I'm about a week late in writing to thank you for the DOZEN boxes full of girl scout cookies and other goodies.  My colleagues and I were overwhelmed by the generosity and very appreciative of all you do for our service members.

The boxes were either opened immediately and the items put in their proper place within our small area or full boxes delivered to our "neighbors."  I can report that the training division and the special ops guys nearby were beneficiaries of the cookies, water flavor enhancers, pain relief, playing cards, bags, DVDs, CDs and phone cards.  We also shared with the USO, post office and National Support Element.  I made some deliveries to the security guards and military working dog handlers --- a care package out of the blue like that brings a smile to everyone's face.

A heartfelt thank you from me and those around me.
