Our current Carrollton warehouse lease expires the end of January, 2016. While we hope to stay where we are, we are open to looking at other free or low cost warehouse options.
We are looking to be near Carrollton (TX) ... Addison, west Plano, Farmers Branch, Coppell, Irving, Lewisville, and far north Dallas would be possibilities. Our options would include:
1) About 5,000-sft of our own space - donated for free, or at low rent.
We currently have about 5,000-sft of air-conditioned warehouse space, with a few small offices and a large open area. We have a ground level overhead door, and it is our own lease with 24/7 access. 100% of the warehouse space does not have to climate controlled.
2) 3,000-5,000 sft of shared space in a large warehouse of a host company.
Previously, we had about 3,000-sft of dedicated space in a 40,000-sft warehouse. Plus we were allowed to store some pallets in their main storage area, and use their receiving area for our occasional weekend or evening packing parties.
The employees of the host company also volunteered side by side with us at our care package packing parties. If anyone has any good leads, we welcome your response. Thanks.
