Some wonderful volunteers from Levi Strauss & Co brought supplies and packed 96 care packages that will be mailed to the the troops overseas. The goods they purchased included toiletries, snacks, socks and other items. The volunteers underwent the whole packing experience - they spent the morning organizing the items and putting the liquids in Ziploc bags. After lunch, which they supplied, they packed, taped and labeled the boxes. They also supplied the packing tape and contributed money to cover the shipping costs.
