The Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas received a wonderful letter from Donna in Afghanistan (see below). We greatly appreciate Donna's thoughtfulness in thanking us for the soldiers care packages, and we thank Donna for her hard work and sacrifice while deployed far from home.

The troops love to follow their favorite sports teams back home, and like to receive sporting or recreational goods in their care packages. We would welcome inquiries from any company, organization or individual who can donate footballs, soccer balls, basketballs, or team branded clothing or memorabilia (t-shirts, caps, mugs, cups, towels, balls, etc.). We had one family donate a bunch of nice footballs last year, and those were a big hit with the troops.
College teams have big followings, as well as pro teams. While we are partial to our local Dallas teams (Cowboys, Mavericks, Rangers, Stars, etc.), we know our care package recipients overseas come from all across America. We've sent Green Bay Packers and Pittsburgh Steelers items in our care packages.
