Wow, it has been a busy season for us. A great big thank you to the Lewisville Boy Scout troop 62 who helped us stuff and send 250 large Christmas stockings in addition to other goodies. The great folks at the JCPenney corporate office who stuffed over 350 mini stockings who along with a few other girl scouts troops and offices helped us to send over 3000 mini stockings loaded with candy and lip balm to the troops for Christmas. In addition, the students at Smithfield Middle school donated over 14 large boxes of goodies and toiletries and they even separated like items . Parents you should be so proud of these youngsters for their willingness to help.
Thank you to SanMar and Applause Specialty Items for cooordinating and donating over 150 black knit hats for the soldiers to wear this winter. It has been heartwarming to see the continued support for our soldiers.
God Bless America
