The Kroger Supermarket in Carrollton held a care package goods collection drive on Sept. 8, 2012. The generous customers of Kroger donated over 80 large cartons, plus cash donations, which will be used by the all-volunteer Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas to send care packages to soldiers overseas. Most of the donations will be packed at our October packing party for our military recipients in Afghanistan. Thank you Kroger, generous donors, our volunteers and our brave U.S. troops serving in harm's way.
