How can you help our nonprofit send care packages to some of the most remote of the roughly 150,000 U.S. military troops serving overseas in 2024?

1) Donate Financially - Our greatest need is cash for our mailing costs. With no paid staff, we strive to maximize the use of donations. We are a 501(c)(3) charity, so your gifts are tax deductible. We accept checks to Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas, P.O. Box 116691, Carrollton, TX 75011. You can donate via credit card through our Click and Pledge account. Or you can Venmo us at NancyCarter@AirborneAngels.

2) Donate Goods - Our all-volunteer charity is based in the Dallas area, but receives product donations from across the USA for care packages for our Soldiers and Troops overseas. We kindly request that you contact us at support@airborneangelcadets.com before sending any care package goods.

... we have a huge area now that we support. We are planning to go out and visit outlying remote places (Afghanistan) every two weeks or so. We have some things we are going to take out, but the popular things most requested are still the basic shaving cream and razors. Another thing is flavored sun flower seeds. We have the original kind, but the dill pickle and ranch flavor ones are liked here, especially since we use sunflower seeds to help people quit smoking and dipping.
I would like to thank you again for your support, and please extend my thanks to all that help. I am sure I can thank you every day for years and still would not be enough to express just how thankful we all are
here.  V/R, IM

Greetings from a fellow Texan.
First of all, I just want to say THANK YOU for your care package. It was a huge morale booster for the Marines and Sailors in my charge. I've been deployed multiple times to various AORs and it never fails that a care package will arrive for my Marines. Funny coincidence is that over 50% of the time those packages are from Texas! We appreciate your show of patriotism and support.

... The Marines and I are originally stationed in Beaufort, SC ... We work around the clock on 12 hour shifts either repairing components or maintaining our test equipment.  Your care package arrived a few days out to sea and it was a great boost for the troops, who have been performing drills and working hard ... It's people like you that give Texas such a great name and we appreciate your support.
God Bless and go Rangers!    Respectfully, JB
