How can you help our nonprofit send care packages to some of the most remote of the roughly 150,000 U.S. military troops serving overseas in 2024?

1) Donate Financially - Our greatest need is cash for our mailing costs. With no paid staff, we strive to maximize the use of donations. We are a 501(c)(3) charity, so your gifts are tax deductible. We accept checks to Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas, P.O. Box 116691, Carrollton, TX 75011. You can donate via credit card through our Click and Pledge account. Or you can Venmo us at NancyCarter@AirborneAngels.

2) Donate Goods - Our all-volunteer charity is based in the Dallas area, but receives product donations from across the USA for care packages for our Soldiers and Troops overseas. We kindly request that you contact us at support@airborneangelcadets.com before sending any care package goods.

Lots more responses from our troops overseas

Dear Airborne Angel Cadets,
I received another great package from your group today and everyone really appreciated it.  Again, we love Girls Scout cookies and my soldiers grabbed their favorites quickly.  The phone cards are great,as it allows us to call back to our loved ones in the States from our government phones.  Alot of my soldiers liked the BioFreeze, and we already started throwing the baseball around.

We can tell you put a lot of thought into the care package and you were "spot on" with the contents (We work with a few British officers and they're always saying something is "spot on").  My unit is spread out between 2 Camps, so I'll send some of the items down to the other guys when I head down there later this week.  We do team building hikes in the mountains around that Camp, and I've attached a photo of our unit (with Canadians) when we reached the top.

Please thank everyone who contributed to the care package.  Again, thank you for thinking of us and we truly appreciate the contents of the package.   LTC DM
Dear Fellow Americans
We received the second wave of boxes from Air Borne Angels today in Iraq and once again cannot thank you enough for what you have sent to us,  We are in great great appreciation of the time, effort and endless amount of love and care inside each box ...  What selfless acts of dedication you do for us uniform, It's humbling and we could never say "Thank You" enough.

... It's been very difficult to set up a Iraqi children's community relation project, but I think we finally got a little soccer game set up,  The children will love the little bags of candies you have sent, Thank You for thinking of the children of the world here in Iraq.
With Great Respect, Proudly Serving, Chief Petty Officer, JM

Once again thank you for sending yet another box full of good food.  We all enjoyed it and we even had enough to share with some of the other guys out here.  God Bless you guys.  I love those Syntha-6 protein bars.  Thanks.   SSG. GILBERTO, U.S. ARMY;  FT. SILL, OK.
