Today, I received an amazing gift today in the mail from your organization, and I'd like to say "thank you", from myself, and the other Airmen that I passed the goodies on to. What really caught me as a surprise is the fact that the package came from near my home town. I grew up in Irving ... Me and my team are just over our half way mark of our deployment. I know its a long way off, but before we all know it, we'll all be back home. I'm currently deployed to Bagram, AB and stationed at Davis Monthan AFB in Tucson ... Thank you again for everything you do. BK

I received the package today, thank you very much. There's no better cookies out there. I opened the package and set out everything in my office for my platoon to help me devour. It means a lot to us to have people like you back home thinking about us and supporting us. MB

My name is SFC ____ of the 63rd Ordnance Detachment currently deployed to Afghanistan. We received a package from Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas and I can’t describe how excited we are when we open this big box of goodies. Thank you for taking the time to prepare and send this box of joy to us. We greatly appreciate your support to the military.
Our company left Ft Lewis (now known as Joint Base Lewis McChord or JBLM), Washington, a few days before Christmas ... FOB Leatherneck is operated and owned by the Marines. The other half of the base is called Bastion which is a British base. The weather here is quite harsh, as temperature ranging from around 17 degree Fahrenheit to the mid 40’s in the winter. The temperature will rise above 110 degree in summer.
... Again, thank you for your care package and we greatly appreciate your effort. It reminds us what we are defending for.

Nancy, we just received a large box of snacks, toiletries and magazines. It is very uplifting, knowing that there are fine Americans that support us. All those Girl Scout cookies is going to make our aircraft heavy but happy. We have posted pictures of us departing our home station, training at Ft. Hood, Tx. And our adventures here. Thank You again for your support. DB

I would like to say thank you on behalf of myself and my fellow soldiers. As a fellow Texan it brings me great joy to receive a care package from such a great organization as the Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas. Knowing that we still have the love and support of the folks back home is the greatest gift of all. The support and understanding of great Americans like yourself is what motivates me out here. Take care and God Bless. SGT RM
