How can you help our nonprofit send care packages to some of the most remote of the roughly 150,000 U.S. military troops serving overseas in 2024?

1) Donate Financially - Our greatest need is cash for our mailing costs. With no paid staff, we strive to maximize the use of donations. We are a 501(c)(3) charity, so your gifts are tax deductible. We accept checks to Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas, P.O. Box 116691, Carrollton, TX 75011. You can donate via credit card through our Click and Pledge account. Or you can Venmo us at NancyCarter@AirborneAngels.

2) Donate Goods - Our all-volunteer charity is based in the Dallas area, but receives product donations from across the USA for care packages for our Soldiers and Troops overseas. We kindly request that you contact us at support@airborneangelcadets.com before sending any care package goods.

Care package thanks from Army Chaplain in Afghanistan

One of our Army Chaplain contacts in Afghanistan just sent the Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas the below message after he and his Soldiers received some of our August care packages.

"We received all of the white boxes you sent us but the brown ones have not reach us yet; I am sure they will arrive soon. The troops are having fun with the snacks and all of the personal care items. We are extremely appreciative of your hard work in proving care packages for us over here in Afghanistan."

"My Battalion Commander ... would love to show the Battalion’s appreciation to your organization for all you have done and continue to do for us, by sending a 'Certificate of Appreciation.' ... Thanks again for everything you all continue to do for us and may the Lord God bless the work of your hands."

Again, we thank the volunteers from Wells Fargo, Citi, J.C. Penney, Dawson Logistics and everyone else who worked hard at our August packing party.  Much more than helping us, you helped some American military men and women, far from home, receive some unexpected kindness and enjoyment from some good folks back home.

It's not about us.  It's about the troops that serve!
