The new Rock & Brews Restaurant in The Colony, co-founded by Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons of KISS, will hold their formal Grand Opening on May 10, 2016. The leadership of Rock & Brews, nationally and locally, are big supporters of our military troops, and are honoring the troops during this big Grand Opening.
Our all-volunteer nonprofit, Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas, are honored to be designated the charity beneficiary of the Rock & Brews Grand Opening in The Colony, TX (just north of Dallas). For info on this event, check out the Rock & Brews Grand Opening event website.

Rock & Brews is an energized dining and entertainment concept offering affordable, high quality American comfort food and a broad selection of international and craft brews, while immersing guests in a family-friendly rock ‘n’ roll experience unlike any other. Where the unifying force of rock ‘n’ roll meets the burgeoning craft beer culture, Rock & Brews is born.
Our menu proudly presents our non-traditional, creative spin on fresh, quality American comfort food, including wings, salads, burgers, sandwiches, and pizza, along with a variety of diet-conscious, gluten-free and healthy options. Additionally, we offer a special menu for li’l rockers that is the perfect size for their growing appetites!
