How can you help our nonprofit send care packages to some of the most remote of the roughly 150,000 U.S. military troops serving overseas in 2024?

1) Donate Financially - Our greatest need is cash for our mailing costs. With no paid staff, we strive to maximize the use of donations. We are a 501(c)(3) charity, so your gifts are tax deductible. We accept checks to Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas, P.O. Box 116691, Carrollton, TX 75011. You can donate via credit card through our Click and Pledge account. Or you can Venmo us at NancyCarter@AirborneAngels.

2) Donate Goods - Our all-volunteer charity is based in the Dallas area, but receives product donations from across the USA for care packages for our Soldiers and Troops overseas. We kindly request that you contact us at support@airborneangelcadets.com before sending any care package goods.

2016 Fundraising Update

We're a little closer, but we still need nearly $60,000 to reach our goal of $140,000 for the year. Although the Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas is an all-volunteer nonprofit (no paid staff) and we receive much in the way of product donations, we still have to pay postage for each box, plus our standard warehouse expenses.

Our budget includes:
$70,000 -  postage costs
$40,000 - rent, utilities, electricity and internet
$30,000 - purchase of goods requested by troops not collected elsewhere. This cost is adjusted when funds are short.

At our last packing party, we packed a total of 435 boxes which totaled $7,358.62 in postage. Our next packing party is the when we ship the Christmas goodies - plus we'll be sending lots of Christmas stockings to be handed out to the troops. The holidays are a tough time to be away from home, family and friends, even a little stocking filled with candy lets them know we are still thinking of them.

US Troops celebrating Christmas!
So if you, your organization, or business are looking for a way to send some holiday cheer to our military members deployed in Iraq, Afghanistan and other remote areas, we would gladly welcome your financial donations.  In order to meet our target, we hope to receive another $60,000 in the last quarter of 2016. You can use the Click and Pledge link at the top of the page or send checks made payable to: Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas, P.O. Box 116691, Carrollton, TX 75011.
