Here is a letter and a few pictures from a unit that received some of the care packages we packed and sent earlier this month.
Good Morning from (our) Camp located in beautiful Poland! On behalf of the Commander, myself, the Chaplain), and the Soldiers of the Battalion, we would like to send you a warm and wholehearted THANK YOU!
Today we received 22 care packages from your organization for our Soldiers and they could not be happier. I unboxed each of the packages today and placed them in our Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) tent for every Soldier to come through and take what they needed from the care packages; they are extremely thankful for your organization and its efforts.
I have attached a few photos from the unboxing and the Soldiers that were eagerly standing by for me to move out of the way :). Again, thank you so much! Have a wonderful day and if there is anything we can ever do for you all, please do not hesitate to reach out.
All items are exactly what the Soldiers can and will use while serving at this location. This camp typically houses and serves about 400 Soldiers. We truly appreciate the kind words, thoughts, and actions of organizations such as yours. We wish all the best in the coming year!
