Here is a note, along two pictures, from a unit that received some of the care packages we sent earlier this month. The white boxes he refers to are filled with toiletries, food and snacks. The decoration boxes this time were filled with 4th of July decorations. He did a great job of decorating the mail room these items!

Thank you very much for the boxes. I got the majority of them yesterday and the remainder today.
I then turned and decorated the mail room using the supplies provided. I also then greeted everyone who entered with "Welcome to Little America!"
I tore into the box packed specially for me and was pleased as punch to find the honey and some tea.
I gave out 3 of the white boxes without opening them to some of the soldiers from my unit who thought they had gotten mail. Unfortunately because of a mistake the tracker didn't get updated properly. So they were going to leave the mail room sad. However because I had your group's boxes there I gave each of them one and they left with a smile on their face after stopping for a photo. It definitely helped morale.
I also got a picture of my soldiers going through the decorations boxes.
Respectfully,
SSG G. Alejandro V.
