Here are some thank you letters and photos from two units that received the care packages we sent in April.
Ms Nancy,
I got back into my barracks room here in Djibouti and was completely overwhelmed by the amount of packages i received! Thank you so much for you and your organization's support to us! i have spent 2 days going through and organizing them by contents and everyone here is so psyched to have a fresh supply of morale. I just wanted to express my abundant thanks to you, the wonderful volunteers that put in the time and effort to make some complete strangers overseas' day just a little bit better, a little bit brighter and be able to have a little slice of home with them.
I will try and advocate for pictures to be taken, however the camp has a very strict no pictures or video policy anywhere except our rooms. so that may be a tall order. Thank you once again for all the support and keeping us in mind for the next rotation as well!
Even after I depart the theater in October, i will be certain to pass you and your organizations contact info to the incoming team. God bless and have a wonderful day.

Good morning Nancy,
I would like to thank you soo much on behalf of the Team.
The boxes went quickly, lots of trading and bartering happened in a flash. It was like an auction house for snacks and commodities.
tons of smiles and laughs really felt fresh like Christmas just happened. I will send you some photos of the entire group once we take our team pictures but in the meantime, here are some hard workers and some goofiness. Your hard work and dedication reminds us that we are cared for and that means a lot to us.
Again our sincerest thanks and glad to have your support and your spirit alongside us.
V/R
