How can you help our nonprofit send care packages to some of the most remote of the roughly 150,000 U.S. military troops serving overseas in 2024?

1) Donate Financially - Our greatest need is cash for our mailing costs. With no paid staff, we strive to maximize the use of donations. We are a 501(c)(3) charity, so your gifts are tax deductible. We accept checks to Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas, P.O. Box 116691, Carrollton, TX 75011. You can donate via credit card through our Click and Pledge account. Or you can Venmo us at NancyCarter@AirborneAngels.

2) Donate Goods - Our all-volunteer charity is based in the Dallas area, but receives product donations from across the USA for care packages for our Soldiers and Troops overseas. We kindly request that you contact us at support@airborneangelcadets.com before sending any care package goods.

More product donation ideas for care packages

We have received some new responses from Soldiers that provide additional product donation ideas for our care packages for American troops serving in Afghanistan and other overseas posts. We will be shipping some of these items in the next few weeks, but always appreciate those supporters who can donate additional products for our care packages.

"We all sleep on beds, but some of the mattresses are so bad the coils are showing or sticking out (like mine) in the corners and edges. So, some sort of egg crate pillow top thing for the mattress would be really awesome."

"We do have PX access, but it runs out of stuff way too often ... There is no peanut butter here to buy at all"

"Thank you so much for your support. It means so much to have people back home who care about all of us and are willing to take time out of their busy lives to let us know someone back home is thinking about us."

"I appreciate your support to those who serve."

Some additional product donation ideas from one of our Chaplain contacts:
Keurig Coffee Cups
Shaving Cream (non-aerosol)
Body Wash (for men and women)
Nail clippers
Ice Pops liquids
