How can you help our nonprofit send care packages to some of the most remote of the roughly 150,000 U.S. military troops serving overseas in 2024?

1) Donate Financially - Our greatest need is cash for our mailing costs. With no paid staff, we strive to maximize the use of donations. We are a 501(c)(3) charity, so your gifts are tax deductible. We accept checks to Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas, P.O. Box 116691, Carrollton, TX 75011. You can donate via credit card through our Click and Pledge account. Or you can Venmo us at NancyCarter@AirborneAngels.

2) Donate Goods - Our all-volunteer charity is based in the Dallas area, but receives product donations from across the USA for care packages for our Soldiers and Troops overseas. We kindly request that you contact us at support@airborneangelcadets.com before sending any care package goods.

Santa bringing Soldiers Care Packages to Troops in Afghanistan

The Christmas care packages recently sent by the Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas are now reaching our U.S. military troop recipients deployed overseas.  Below is one email from an Army contact in Afghanistan who has received our initial big boxes for his soldiers. Many smaller boxes will arrive later.

In order not to spoil the Christmas surprise for any of their Soldiers who may be reading this post, we'll omit the name of the unit.  During the holiday season, our volunteers and supporters are especially thankful for the American men and women who are deployed overseas!

First of all I would like to say a very big THANK YOU from the ________, there is nothing better for a deployed Soldier than knowing there are still great Patriotic Americans that support us and still believe in us. The men, women, and children that sponsor, donate, and organize the Airborne Angel Cadets raise the morale and deeply touch the hearts of our Soldiers.

This morning I received a message from our mail clerk saying that I had five boxes to pick up from the mail room. When I went down there to pick them up I was taken aback by the size of these things.

Thank you so much. Everything will be distributed to the men and women of the ______ so they can enjoy a Merry Christmas away from home. Here is my plan…I will be dressing up as Santa Claus (with the help of a few pillows) and we will have a Christmas Gathering on the 24th at which point Santa Claus will hand out stockings and presents to deserving Soldiers so they will have something to open on Christmas morning.

Once again Thank you Nancy, you guys have just brought Christmas to the troops and we are very grateful.
