How can you help our nonprofit send care packages to some of the most remote of the roughly 150,000 U.S. military troops serving overseas in 2024?

1) Donate Financially - Our greatest need is cash for our mailing costs. With no paid staff, we strive to maximize the use of donations. We are a 501(c)(3) charity, so your gifts are tax deductible. 2) Donate Goods - Our all-volunteer charity is based in the Dallas area, but receives product donations from across the USA for care packages for our Soldiers and Troops overseas. We kindly request that you contact us at support@airborneangelcadets.com before sending any care package goods.

Some suggested items for Spring 2015 donations

As the Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas continue to mail care packages to our military troops deployed overseas, some of the items we can use are listed below.  For supporters in the Dallas - Fort Worth, TX area and across the USA, we would appreciate your support with financial or product donations.  We are currently supporting Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines in Afghanistan, Iraq, Africa, and other remote areas in the Middle East, Southwest Asia and Eastern Europe.

Some care package items we can use for early 2015 shipments:
TOILETRIES / NON-FOOD PRODUCTS:
- Body Wash (2 in 1 or 3 in 1 are great)
- Deodorant
- Disposable Razors
- Non-aerosol Shave Gel (gel type)
- Eye drops
- Dental Floss or Dental Picks
- Tums / Rolaids
- Shoe Insoles
- Twin sheet sets (dark colors to hide stains), pillow cases
- Plain white, green, brown, black socks

FOOD PRODUCTS:
- Coffee
- Beef Jerky
- Pop Tarts
- Foil Tuna Packs
- Squeeze Jelly/Jams in plastic bottles
- Hormel Compleats or similar microwavable meals
- Lays Stax or Pringles potato chips
- Microwavable Popcorn

The listed items are not meant to be a comprehensive list, but only some of the most needed care package items.  We pay to mail our packages (APO/FPO via the USPS), so financial donations remains our biggest need.
