How can you help our nonprofit send care packages to some of the most remote of the roughly 150,000 U.S. military troops serving overseas in 2024?

1) Donate Financially - Our greatest need is cash for our mailing costs. With no paid staff, we strive to maximize the use of donations. We are a 501(c)(3) charity, so your gifts are tax deductible. We accept checks to Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas, P.O. Box 116691, Carrollton, TX 75011. You can donate via credit card through our Click and Pledge account. Or you can Venmo us at NancyCarter@AirborneAngels.

2) Donate Goods - Our all-volunteer charity is based in the Dallas area, but receives product donations from across the USA for care packages for our Soldiers and Troops overseas. We kindly request that you contact us at support@airborneangelcadets.com before sending any care package goods.

Care Package Thank You Notes

Here are a few notes we received from some of the units that received the Valentine care packages we sent earlier this month. As you can read, the packages are greatly appreciated. We will be holding another packing party on March 4, 2023 - this time the theme will be "Greetings From Texas". The boxes will contain Texas themed shirts, decorations, piƱatas, chips and salsa plus other Texas items.

Hi Nancy,

We did receive your boxes and the service members were thrilled! We can definitely accept boxes from your next shipment. We really appreciate your support!

Thank you,

Amanda W.

Good Morning Ma'am,

Thank you for the Valentine's Day boxes! We really enjoyed the decorations and used them to bring some cheer into the office. We are ready to receive the March boxes. The Soldiers have asked for beef jerky, pop tarts, trail mix, pistachios, candy and gum. The boxes provided last time were full of great items, so anything you send will be well received.

We greatly appreciate your support and all that you do!

Good Morning,

Yea we did and they were amazing. Thank you so much for them. Sorry I was not able to get pictures of them this time. Some of my Soldiers got a little excited and opened them and put them away before I had a chance to get the pictures. I did have a few of my people write back so stay on the lookout for the envelopes with the letters in them. I will do my best to get pictures with the next ones. We will definitely be able to receive those. I also wanted to say a special thank you from my pharmacy tech. Those medicines (Eye drops, Tylenol, Cough Drops and those things) really made her day and she was so happy. So again thank you so much. Not trying to be picky but some of my people were asking if there was any way to get more protein bars like we did in the first set of packages. I told them I would ask. But we all love everything you have sent and are doing for us.

Everyone gets so happy when we see your packages arrive. We were even able to use the blankets and pillows for the patients we see. So please know that everything is going to great use and is greatly appreciated. Again thank you for your support and everything you do for us. If there is anything I can do for you on my end please let me know.

Also wanted to let you know the candy was a huge hit as well. I don’t think all that lasted more than 1 week. Everyone's face lit up when they saw how much there was. So again thank you so much.

Very Respectfully,

Michael L.
